适用场景

适用于涂装车间面漆线烘房后端，在面漆烘干后进行表面缺陷检测，检测结果用于后端工人或机器人打磨、抛光

系统特征

脏污类缺陷（如脏点、纤维等）与变形类缺陷（如缩孔、坑包等）均可检测，最小可检尺寸高达0.2mm，检出率高达95%以上

各种颜色表面（包括黑、白、灰、红、蓝等）均可实现精准检测

支持多车型混线检测，新增车型无需额外增加硬件

定制化打磨数据接口，无缝对接自动打磨、抛光系统

缺陷数据实时存入数据库，生成统计报表快速定位缺陷来源，优化涂装工艺，提升涂装质量，从根源上减少缺陷产生

漆面检测

The SpecularVision can automatically detect  surface defects of painted body of different types of car. Based on the principle of 3D visual imaging, combined with advanced image processing and machine learning technology, the system can quickly and reliably identify defects and realize real-time detection, automatic classification and measurement of paint defects.

Usage

Applicable to the back end of the finish line drying room in the painting cell. Detect the surface defects after the finish is dried. The test results are used for the back-end workers or robots to sand and polish

Characteristics

Dirt defects (such as dirty spots, fibers, etc.) and deformation defects (such as shrinkage, pits, etc.) can be detected. The minimum detectable size is as high as 0.2mm, and the detection rate is more than 95%

Various color surfaces (including black, white, gray, red, blue, etc.) can be accurately detected

Support multi vehicle mixed line detection, and no additional hardware is required for new vehicles

Customized grinding data interface, able to combine with automatic grinding and polishing system
