间隙面差测量系统可精确测量车身外覆盖件匹配处的间隙和面差,实时监控测量数据,指导前期装配工艺和后期返修工艺。系统通过采取高质量激光图像,结合多样化算法,可客观反应间隙和面差的实际状态,实现高效检测。

适用场景

适用于焊装白车身、总装油漆车身外覆件匹配处间隙面差的100%测量

针对不同使用场景,该系统可分为手持式和自动式两种测量系统:手持式间隙面差测量仪可作为人工测量辅助工具,实现在线全检和离线抽检;自动式间隙面差测量系统可全面解放人力,实现多种模式的全自动间隙面差测量。

The gap and flush measurement system can accurately measure the gap and flush at the matching part of the body outer panel, monitor the measurement data in real time, and guide the early assembly process as well as later repair process. By adopting high-quality laser images and diversified algorithms, the system can objectively reflect the actual state of gap and flush and realize efficient inspection.

 

Usage

It is applicable to 100% measurement of the gap and flush at the matching parts outer cladding of BIW in the welding workshop and painted body in the assembly shop.

For different use scenarios, the system can be divided into HandyGap and AutoGap: the HandyGap can be used as an auxiliary tool for manual measurement to realize in-line full inspection and off-line sampling inspection; AutoGap can completely liberate manpower and realize the full-automatic gap and flush measurement of various modes.

 

Characteristics

The system can provide attitude indication, accurately locate the body position during  operation, and realize moving line detection

The binocular and dual laser measurement method can obtain high-quality images from different angles to ensure the measurement accuracy

It supports the detection of workpieces with large left and right color difference, transparent parts, high reflection parts and other difficult workpieces

The system supports multi vehicle mixed line detection, supports receiving vehicle information through PLC or customer production control system, and can automatically transfer corresponding measurement parameters before measurement

The supporting software can display the measurement results of different positions on multiple screens to provide reference for different operators

The measurement data is simple to process, storage, transmis and analys, and the reports can meet various needs
